The peanut shelling machine is made up of frame,fan,rotor,single phase motor,screen mesh(two sizes),hopper,vibrating screen,triangle belt wheel and transmission triangle belt. The peanut shell is peeled off by the rotation of the paper plate and the rubbing force of the fixed grid concave plate. After the separation of the peanut kernel and shell at the same time through the grid drop,through the air duct, most of the peanut shells are blown out by the wind.
Partial peanut has not yet been stripped of small fruit together into the proportion of screening. After screening, the peanut kernel from the separation of the screen surface, through the mouth into the sack. Without stripping the peanut,can achieve all stripping.
