Out peanut chopping machine can be used to chop peanuts into fragments.It mainly consists of three parts:vibratory feeding,chopping and classification. This machine is a professional equipment for cutting peanuts,what’s more,this machine can also process almonds,walnuts,chestnuts,etc.

After switching on the machine and putting peanuts in the feeding hole,this machine will keep shaking and the peanuts will be delivered by the conveyor belt to the chopping part. The continuous cutting knife will cut the peanuts into small pieces of different sizes.

 

Then the vibratory part will manage to separate these chopped peanuts. The vibratory part is made up of several screens with different meshes of different size. Smaller fragments will fall down through the meshes before the bigger ones do. So after this procedure,the peanuts will be divided into four piles. The relatively larger peanuts will be gathered for another round of processing so that you can get the peanuts of ideal standards. And the speed of the conveyor belt and chopping knife can be adjusted to meat actual demands.
