Argan Nuts Screening Machine:

The machine is mainly used to filter apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, different nuts, beans, etc. of different sizes into three grades of large, medium and small or more for storage and sales. It is composed of one, two and three vibrating screens. It is also used for screening and grading at a time. The screen of the live type sieve is 6---10 mm. Replace the sieve according to different varieties and separate the qualified size grades. The reasonable design of the broken rate is low, is the most ideal nuclear processing equipment.

 

Argan Nut Sheller:

1. Before the machine is used, it is divided into three grades according to the size of the apricot kernel's flat size by the screening machine. According to the size of the amygdala from flat to big, one, two and three processing rolls are adjusted one by one. The gap size, roller gap should be smaller than the apricot kernel size 1-1.5mm.

2. After the gap is adjusted, it can be powered on. The power-on sequence is: total vibrating screen → third-level processing → second-level processing → first-level processing → elevator → feeding.

3, In a large number of processing, first put a small amount of apricot kernel, check the gap at all levels of the roller is appropriate, if the processing of almonds broken more serious, please adjust the gap again until the desired effect.

4. After the processing is completed, the machine must be shut down in the following order: hoisting machine → primary machining → secondary machining → tertiary machining → total vibrating screen.

 

Moroccan Nut Shell And Kernel Separator:

Mainly used in the separation of the almond shell, the walnut, the shell and the kernel, the shell and the kernel are separated by utilizing the airflow with the particle gap upwards due to the different characteristics of the shell, the kernel weight and the suspension speed, The gap is small, the difference is not the same species, kernel and shell proportion of the large separation effect is good, the difference between the small separation is poor. The general variety separation rate is 95%. With double fans, the separation screen surface is extended and widened, the material separation is more uniform and clean, and the separation rate is improved, which is obviously superior to the small single fan separator.
