Palm Nut Shelling Production Line Equipment:
1. Palm Nut Sorter: The raw palm has been passed through the elevator into the screening machine (flat sieve or roll sieve), graded into three or more levels of palm, divided into three separate shelling machines through the hopper.
2. Palm Shelling Machine: Shelling machine (the gap of the shelling machine can be adjusted according to the size of the raw material to achieve the complete removal of the shell), and the shell and the core respectively enter the two shell core separators. (For a small number of large palms, they can be combined into a separator.)
3. Palm Shell And Kernel Separating Machine: Shell and core separators, separate shells and cores, one of which exits the core and the other leaves the shell. Place the storage screen through the conveyor belt.
